The TO-C-BD light installation uses electroluminescent wires that mimic neon signs. An anonymous figure, seen from above, has laser beams that seem to come out of his fingertips and eyes. A beam even seems to hit him in the back of his head. These beams have a cartoonish look and they light up very briefly. Written in the foreground are the words SHUT ‘EM OFF.

The text expresses a desire of the character to turn off or stop these laser beams. The beams represent OCD. The character constantly finds himself scanning his surroundings and analyzing the smallest actions around him. He only becomes aware of this obsession when it stops.
